Caroline J. Nasseri
Caroline J. Nasseri has resided in the State of California since August,
1980. She received a B.S. in Economics, as well as a B.A. in French from
Santa Clara University in 1984. In 1988, Ms. Nasseri received her Juris
Doctorate (J.D.) and M.B.A. from Santa Clara University Law School and
Business School. In the early part of her career, Caroline worked as an
associate attorney, primarily on insurance defense cases, for both the
Law offices of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bently, as well as the Law
Offices of Eugene Flemate. Caroline joined the Law Offices of Habbas,
Nasseri and Associates in 1992 and she became a partner in 1996. Caroline's
passion & specialty is in the area of personal injury law and litigation.
Caroline Nasseri is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association
(SCCBA), Iranian American Bar Association (IABA). In 1999, Caroline was
listed in "San Jose Magazine" as one of the "Silicon Valley's
best lawyers" in the area of personal injury. She volunteers her
time for the Santa Clara County Alternative Dispute Resolution system
including being a court appointed arbitrator. In addition, Caroline regularly
arranges and gives seminars to new immigrants regarding various areas
of the law in order to help them with their transition into the community.
Caroline is interested in traveling and learning about different cultures
and she is fluent in Farsi and Assyrian and can converse in French and Italian.
Caroline has over 25 years of experience in the practice of law and she
has handled over thousands of personal injury cases ranging from soft
tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries resulting in multiple million
dollar settlements. Caroline is very passionate about helping her clients
and prides herself on her determination to fight relentlessly for injured victims.
When asked what motivates her and keeps her interested every day, Caroline
